As part of its vertical and geographical expansion program, the Group has made its foray into India in the year 2009 with the incorporation of INKAL to deliver comprehensive and Value-engineered solutions in the Engineering, Supply and Construction domains. The services offered in Engineering domain include FEED Basic/Detailed Engineering, General Engineering Services (FCO, MOC etc), Field Engineering, Manpower Sourcing and As built documentation & Drawings. The tool based competencies include SPI (IN tools), SP3D, SPPID and PDS tools. Exclusive team of sales & service support professionals are manning the sales offices which are strategically positioned across the country viz., Delhi, Mumbai, Baroda, Kolkota, Jaipur, Chennai and Bangalore with a range of products and services related to Testing & Measuring and Electrical & Instrumentation items, while representing globally renowned principles in these areas. The construction division is primarily focusing on the Erection & Commissioning activities related to Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering disciplines.
As part of its long-term growth strategy, the company is in the process of implementing its own integrated Dairy processing project at the KINFRA Food Processing Park at Adoor, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. The project which is the maiden entry of the company into the manufacturing sector is expected to be completed and made operational by September 2013. The project envisages collection, transportation, processing and distribution of liquid milk, other Dairy derivatives and Ice cream along with the installation of necessary cold chain infrastructure for backward and forward linkages. This project is being supported by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. In a related development in the food processing, another unit for the manufacture of Ready-to-Eat items has been commissioned with technology support from Defense Food Research Laboratory, Mysore and is getting into fully operational mode at KINFRA Industrial Park at Kakkancherry, Malappuram District, Kerala under a contract agreement with the KINFRA.
